The Challenge

As a coach, space holder, speaker, and guide, Tia works with leaders who are carrying a lot. Many are moving through transition, overwhelm, misalignment, or the quiet emotional labor that often goes unseen. She needed a digital presence that reflects the depth of her work and supports the people she serves.

Before this project, she had no visual identity or website. The challenge was to create a brand that feels grounded and trustworthy, communicates clarity without losing nuance, and welcomes leaders into a practice built on authenticity, presence, and care.

She needed a place that reflects who she is. A place that feels human.

Our Approach

We began with research and discovery to understand the emotional landscape of Tia’s clients and the unique values that define her practice. Together with a strategy consultant, we shaped a brand foundation that centers presence, humanity, equity, and depth.

With this foundation in place, we designed a visual identity that feels warm and intentional. A soft yet confident logo system. A color palette grounded in earth tones with subtle energetic accents. Typography that balances structure with gentleness. Every choice was made to feel like an exhale.

We then designed and built the entire website in Figma and Webflow. The site offers clear pathways into her coaching and speaking offerings. It includes “Reflections”, a CMS powered library, giving her room to share thoughts, ideas, and guidance as her practice grows. The content architecture was designed to feel spacious, calm, and easy to navigate, supporting the experience she offers in person.

The Results

The final brand and website give Tia a grounded and trustworthy home for her practice. It reflects the honesty and depth she brings to her work and offers leaders a space to land, learn, and reconnect with themselves.
