We partnered with their team to create a digital experience that reflects the calm, beauty, and intentionality that define the property.
Missing Hotel was created as an antidote to constant connection, offering an environment that encourages stillness and presence. Their website, however, did not communicate the clarity or calm that guests feel on the property. It was buggy, difficult to navigate, and required unnecessary steps for users to book their stay.
They needed a digital presence that elevates the guest journey, reflects the premium and restorative nature of their offering, and makes the booking process seamless and intuitive.
We focused on improving the guest journey by redesigning the key pages that shape how people explore and book their stay. The new structure makes it easy to view each dome or villa, understand what makes it unique, and book it directly without friction.
We added dedicated accommodation pages, created the Explore library and Journal using Webflow CMS, and refined the experience with subtle animations for a more premium feel. Every update was made to help guests feel the calm, clarity, and intentionality that define the Missing Hotel experience.
