Affirma supports leaders by grounding their work in empathy, possibility, and bold action. We partnered with their team to create a brand and website that reflect those values through design that feels warm, welcoming, and intentionally human.


Affirma is a woman founded, Portland based consultancy offering leadership development rooted in authenticity and compassion. Their work stands apart from the traditional consulting landscape, which often feels cold, rigid, and performance obsessed.
Their previous website did not reflect who they are or how they work. It felt outdated and misaligned with their values, leaving potential clients without a clear sense of Affirma’s purpose or presence. They needed a brand and digital home that communicate trust, confidence, warmth, and the transformative nature of their work.

We began by grounding the work in Affirma’s core values: people oriented, optimistic, and audacious. From there, we shaped a visual direction that feels calm and welcoming while still carrying energy and possibility.
The refreshed brand uses rounded typography, curved shapes, and a color palette that balances grounding neutrals with a vibrant coral accent. Together, these elements communicate warmth, empathy, and forward momentum.
We carried this identity into a boutique style website designed in Figma and built in Webflow. The experience is clean and premium yet approachable, reflecting Affirma’s commitment to supporting leaders with clarity rather than overwhelm.


The new brand and website give Affirma an identity that finally reflects the heart of their work. It communicates trust, confidence, and grounded leadership while showcasing the warmth and humanity that make their approach unique.
